I usually just do the page design. I can do the domain registering, hosting the domain and maintaining the site. This is all at extra cost to you.
What is reasonable? (App. $300.00 web design only!) Shop around and you will see the large difference in pricing for these services. Most are five time the price.
You can host a web page at Tripod.com or GeoCities.com for free or $4.95 a month and they will remove all the pop up adds.
Both, give you on line tools to make your own page. But you really need a working knowledge of HTML code and ftp, to make a very effective page.

If you have a business and your looking to have a shopping cart on your site, this is something you have to set up, pay for, and furnish the code to have it on your site!
